Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using NOTIWOO’s dashboard, plugin, or desktop apps (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of the service

NOTIWOO is a real-time order dashboard for WooCommerce stores. It connects to your WooCommerce store to display orders as they happen, manage your catalog, print order tickets, and provide sales statistics, across a web dashboard and desktop apps for Windows and macOS.

Getting access

NOTIWOO is currently in early access. Access is set up directly with our team after you contact us — there is no self-serve checkout yet. As part of early access, new stores receive two months free before billing begins.

Subscription and billing

NOTIWOO is offered on a Monthly plan ($10/month) or an Annual plan ($100/year, a 20% saving over monthly). Once your free early-access period ends, you will be billed according to the plan you selected when you signed up. You can contact us at any time to change or cancel your plan.

Acceptable use

You agree to use NOTIWOO only for lawful purposes, and only to manage a WooCommerce store that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and WooCommerce connection secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.

Intellectual property

NOTIWOO, including its software, dashboard, and branding, is owned by NOTIWOO and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your store data, and the data of your customers synced through WooCommerce, remains yours.

Service availability and support

We aim to keep NOTIWOO available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We provide support in English and Spanish through our contact channels below.

Limitation of liability

NOTIWOO is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOTIWOO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost sales or orders due to service interruptions.

Termination

You may stop using NOTIWOO and cancel your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these terms are violated, or if required to protect the security or integrity of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service as NOTIWOO evolves. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “last updated” date.
